Born a Dallas, Texas native, Scott Alan Wilcox has embraced and studied art since the age of nine. Discovering that he could express himself by drawing and sketching filled his adolescence with imagery. In his 20’s, he happened to pick up a black & white disposable camera and when the film developed, was amazed at what could be captured. Immediately, he was in love with the photographic medium.

He soon began studying under professional photographers before ultimately setting out on his own. Utilizing his art background, Scott began to shoot weddings capturing beautiful images with his artistic eye using the “photojournalistic" style of photography. He now draws upon over 12 years experience to capture the feelings and expressions that are unique to your wedding. After all, these moments only happen once.

Scott believes that as your wedding unfolds it creates a story all it's own and that story should be something to look back on over the years, reminding you of the joy you felt on your wedding day.
